Services and scope
Managed services are provided under a separate written agreement or statement of work. That agreement defines the systems covered, responsibilities, support hours, service levels, fees and any exclusions. Nothing on this website creates a service agreement on its own.
Pricing
Displayed prices are in South African rand and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Setup fees and separately scoped work may apply. Annual plans are billed upfront. A tailored quote will confirm your specific requirements.
