After 36 continuous months on Pulse, the full site — code, content, and domain — transfers to you for free, with no buy-out fee. You then own it outright.
The site is deactivated and your data is preserved for 30 days in case you return. There is no refund for the 12 months paid, and you do not own the site unless you pay the applicable buy-out fee.
Pulse is designed to grow with you. You can upgrade tiers anytime. When you outgrow Pulse, you can transition to our Build services. Trident owns the site during your subscription unless you complete a buy-out or the free transfer after 36 continuous months.
Yes. We register and manage a .co.za domain for you in the first year, free. After that, it's included in your subscription. The domain transfers to you with a buy-out or the free transfer after 36 continuous months.
